Kate Prince

Founder and Artistic Director

Kate is Artistic Director of ZooNation: The Kate Prince Company, which she founded in 2002. She is an Associate Artist at the Old Vic and at Sadler’s Wells, where ZooNation is also a Resident Company.

Sri Sarker

Executive Director

Sri is Executive Director for ZooNation: The Kate Prince Company. She is responsible for building partnerships, business development for the company and managing our growth.

Prior to this role, Sri worked at Arts Council England as Relationship Manager Dance in the London Region for 8 years with a specialism in developing culturally diverse dance and youth dance practice. Sri also has extensive experience as a freelance organisation development consultant supporting artists and organisations to plan and deliver their work more effectively.

Sandra Castell Garcia

Executive Producer

Sandra is the Executive Producer for ZooNation: The Kate Prince Company. Sandra leads on all aspects of our productions, working with venues nationally and internationally to get our shows in front of people.

Sandra has over 12 years’ experience in the commercial and subsidised cultural sector, with specialist skills in Producing and Touring large scale shows. As Senior Producer at Selladoor Worldwide, she produced and managed a big variety of shows and musicals around the World, such as Flashdance the Musical, The Producers, Fame and Spamalot, amongst others. Prior to this role, Sandra has worked in various theatres and performing arts venues in London including an eight year journey at Sadler’s Wells, where she was a Producer in the Producing & Touring Department.

Sophie Cammick

General Manager

Sophie is General Manager for ZooNation: The Kate Prince Company. She oversees day to day operations of the company, working to steer the strategic development of ZooNation and secure effective financial management.

With over 20 years in the creative industry, Sophie is a passionate and committed supporter of the performing arts and has extensive experience working with diverse artists and companies who remix cultures in new and inspiring ways.

Formerly she has been General Manager for Upswing Aerial and Nutkhut, and Senior Music Manager at Continental Drifts.

Annie Taylor-Gooby

Engagement Producer

Annie is Engagement Producer for ZooNation: The Kate Prince Company. She manages our relationships with our regional partner venues (The Lowry, Birmingham Hippodrome, Leicester Curve and Mayflower, Southampton) devising and delivering our engagement programme. Annie also manages ZooNation Youth Company (ZYC).

Beginning her career as a dancer, Annie also teaches in schools across London and is passionate about working with young people to increase their opportunities in dance and theatre.

“Having had several different roles since joining ZooNation, I am so excited to start my new position at such a pivotal moment for the company. I have huge admiration for the work that we do, love seeing the positive impact of the engagement projects and feel very privileged to work with and learn from such an inspiring and talented team.”

Shannelle 'Tali' Fergus
Freelance Agent

Tali represents the Company’s commercial interests, dealing with a range of clients with varying needs including casting talent for commercials, music promo, television, film, corporate and sporting events.

Tali has previously performed with the Company, is a faculty member at ZAD and continues to perform, teach and create work independently.

“I’ve been with ZooNation almost as long as I’ve been in the industry – I genuinely love working on both sides and it is my pleasure to grow alongside the Company, as it continues to break new ground.”

Chantal Spiteri
Participation Manager

Recently returning from maternity leave, Chantal is now the Participation Manager for ZooNation: The Kate Prince Company. Chantal is in charge of creating of all our educational resources that support our productions, and manages our workshops and outreach work around the country. She is also your go to person for all enquiries about ZooNation Academy of Dance.

Chantal has worked with ZooNation Dance Company since 2002 in a variety of roles from a performer to Executive Producer and now in her most recent role of Participation Manager. She is also the Director and co-founder of ZooNation Academy of Dance, the not-for-profit teaching Academy of ZooNation which currently trains over 250 students each week.

“I have worked with the company since the beginning of it’s life as ‘ZooNation Dance Troupe’ in 2002. Initially as a performer, then as a Producer and now as the Participation Manager, and I feel very lucky to still be as excited and inspired by this wonderful company today as I was all those years ago. I am so proud to be have been part of the journey until now and even more proud to be part of what is to come.”

Frankie Stansfield
Marketing and Communications Manager

Frankie is the Marketing and Communications Manager for ZooNation: The Kate Prince Company responsible for our digital platforms and output.

Frankie moved to London from Yorkshire to study theatre at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. Prior to joining ZooNation Frankie freelanced in the arts marketing sector for Some Voices Choir, Studio Cultivate, People People and the National Youth Theatre – where she also worked in-house as their marketing manager for three years. 

Living in South East London, any downtime is usually spent with her one year old son.

“Working for ZooNation is everything I hoped it would be having been a massive fan of their shows. We are a company with big ideas and a determination to collectively make them happen.”
